Managing a Cycle Account
In portal, accounts are managed through the signup app .
For those new to the Cycle platform, sign up now requires seeing a demo . If you've been invited to a hub, you'll find the necessary information to create your account in an email.

Changing Your Password
In the unfortunate situation you are unable to access your account due to a forgotten password, follow the steps below to change it. If you are simply changing your password, be sure you are logged out of your account.
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address you signed up with into the box and click Send Reset Email.
- Check your inbox for an email from Cycle and follow the link.
- Be sure that the URL starts with https://portal.cycle.io . If it does not, do not enter your password into the box.
- Confirm your password change and select Change Password. You should be redirected to the login page where you can use your new password to access your account.
Managing Account Security
Manage who has access to your account.
Grant Cycle Employees Access
In certain situations, it may be beneficial to have a member of Cycle's support team log in to your account to help resolve an issue. You control whether or not we have access, and can see a log of employees that have accessed your account.
- Click the Account Menu in the top left corner (your profile picture).
- In the menu, click your name be taken to the Account Settings page.
- Select the Security tab.
- Activate or deactivate the slider to toggle Cycle Support Login and click Update Security Settings.
Setting up Two-Factor Authentication
Enable (Disable) two-factor authentication:
- Click the Account Menu in the top left corner (your profile picture).
- In the menu, click your name be taken to the Account Settings page.
- Select the Security tab.
- Click on the Add (Remove) Two Factor Auth button
- Use the QR code to generate a new authentication code.
- Enter the new 6 digit code into the Token field.
- Select the Enable (Disable) button.
Resetting Two-Factor Authentication
If you need to reset your two-factor authentication, follow these steps.
- Complete the first step of sign in using your email and password.
- On the next step you're two-factor auth code will be requested. Click the link that says Can't Authenticate.
- Enter two of the recovery codes provided during account create and then press Reset. This will allow login and will remove two factor auth.
- To re-enable your two-factor auth, navigate to the account dialog and open the Security tab.
- Click the Add Two Factor Auth button
- Copy your new reset codes and store them somewhere safe.
Updating Account Details
In portal accounts are managed through the account dashboard.
To get there:
- Click the account icon circle above the search bar and then the section of account settings to be accessed.
Security
Clicking on the Security tab will take you to the security settings page. Here you can enable two-factor authentication, authorize Cycle support, or change your password.
If a Cycle employee has logged in on your behalf, you will see that login information under Employee Access Log.
Hubs
The Hubs tab will show all hubs you are a member of and your role in each of those hubs. If you have any pending invites they will show in the Invites section of the page.
Upload Profile Picture
Profile pictures on Cycle are pulled from Gravatar . Updating the Gravatar image will result in a change to the Cycle profile image.
