EU Control Plane Goes Live

Cycle now runs on two fully isolated control planes (EU and NA) giving teams stronger data sovereignty, lower latency to region-local servers, and timezone-aware updates that land during off-peak hours. This release also makes restart and power-off events more reliable under heavy load by switching them to acknowledgements, and fixes VM hostname resolution so updated hostnames resolve correctly via discovery.

In the portal, hub integrations for TLS certificate generation are viewed on the integrations page.

To get there:

Hub from the main, left-hand navigation.
Integrations from the hub sub-navigation menu.

The hub will automatically configure this setting using the email from the account of the user who creates the hub. This email cannot be updated or changed. If an update or change to this field is needed please reach out to our team through the Cycle public Slack.
