Creating a Pipeline

Pipelines can be created using the pipeline create wizard.

To get there:

1. Pipelines from the main, left-hand navigation.
2. Create button at the top of the first column.

This wizard takes only a few fields. A human readable name, pipeline type, and access controls.

There are two types of pipeline:

1. Standard
2. Dynamic

Dynamic pipelines allow for the use of pipeline variables, standard pipelines do not. This setting can be updated after the creation of the pipeline.

Access Controls

To enable access controls, use the toggle next to the field and a form will expand.

If the access controls section is enabled, the Roles portion of the form must include at least 1 role or the platform will return an error to the user. After Selecting the roles, the user will need to add the appropriate access controls using the checkboxes.
