Integrating A Provider
With Cycle, infrastructure ownership remains with the user, but to add new servers through the portal, the provider's credentials must be added. This will allow Cycle to create and manage the servers programmatically.
Steps to add a provider:
- Navigate to the portal and log in, then select the appropriate hub from the hubs list. (if only one hub is configured this will automatically be selected)
- Click on the Hub tab in the left-hand navigation bar and then Integrations
- Select the infrastructure provider from the list of available providers and then use the Add Integration button to open the provider's configuration modal.

Questions About On-Prem or Colo Infrastructure
On-premise and colo infrastructure are fully supported. For help with unique infrastructure setups, reach out to Technical Support for assistance with getting started on an integration
Verified?
After the credentials are added, the provider will be verified. This step makes a preliminary call to the provider through Cycle's API to ensure the credentials are valid. If the verification fails, there's likely a configuration step that has been missed.
If difficulties arise during this step, please reach out to Technical Support. The team is ready to help resolve any confusion or diagnose issues.
