Scale on your terms.
Standard is built to grow with you. There are no hard caps on servers or team members. Need 50 extra nodes for a launch or a holiday traffic spike? Spin them up, run them as long as you need, and pay only for the hours they were running.
Overages bill by the hour, prorated. A node running for 6 hours costs you 6 hours, not a full month. If you reach a point where custom pricing fits better, Scale / Enterprise is there, but nothing on Standard forces the switch.

How am I charged?
You pay a flat monthly fee for the tier that fits your team. Each tier includes a set number of seats and servers. Optional monitoring and observability packages are available as opt-in add-ons.
What is a seat?
A seat is one login. Anyone who signs into Cycle counts as a seat, whether it's a CTO, an engineer pushing code, or any other member of the team.
How are "Servers" counted?
A server is any Virtual Machine or Bare Metal node that is actively connected to the Cycle control plane and running CycleOS. If you delete a node from your provider, it is instantly removed from your Cycle billing count.
How many containers and VMs can I deploy?
As many as your underlying infrastructure can support. Cycle does not place a hard limit on container or VM count, only on the number of servers running them.
Do you charge for bandwidth or compute?
No. Cycle is an orchestration control plane, not a hosting provider. You bring your own infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Bare Metal) and pay them directly for compute and bandwidth. We strictly charge a flat fee for the orchestration software and nodes we manage.
What happens if I exceed my tier's limits?
Servers beyond your included allotment are billed hourly. Additional seats cost $50 per month on Standard and Scale plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change tiers with a single click from the billing portal. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the month. Our team is available to help you pick the tier that fits.
How am I charged for support?
Support is included on every Cycle plan. Every team gets a direct line to our core team for day-to-day questions and incident response.
Do you offer flexible billing?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. We can work with you to establish a billing schedule that fits your finance team's process.
Do you offer any discounts?
We provide proof-of-concept credits for teams evaluating Cycle. Longer-term discounts are available with an annual commitment. Contact our sales team for details.
