You've stumbled onto one area we need to improve on - mobile access on the portal. There are a lot of low hanging fruit we intend to tackle, but it's been lower priority since most people aren't managing their global infrastructure from their phone. That doesn't mean we shouldn't support it though! We've begun implementing the foundation for a PWA (progressive web app) into the portal, and when we flesh that out some more (hopefully in the next few months) we'll be doing a design pass on portal for mobile phones.

In the meantime, I'll see if the issue with the 2FA input can be resolved sooner rather than later.

Haha, I like the implication! You'd be surprised what people need to do on their phone from time to time, however I didn't raise the request for occasional portal use from phone -- we always have desktop mode for that, and the user can still enter 2FA, so I wouldn't necessarily want you guys to spend time working on a mobile version of the portal when there are so many other really exciting and useful things in the works!

I only raise it because you guys are trying to push the Community module, and any barrier to engagement is an opportunity to lose it, and signing in is required to post in the Community -- which is something I would absolutely expect people to engage with on their phone 👍
