Ceph Volume Deletes
We fixed a bug that prevented a disconnected Ceph volume from being properly deleted.Previously, Cycle only applied user/group scoping if the container's USER argument specified a numeric UID/GID. Now, we also support strings (usernames), furthering support for more images.
