Load Balancer should check for IP availability on a node

Issue

Currently our nodes have a couple of IPs attached (not floating) to each, then when spinning up a new environment and assigning a load balancer (ha or not) it will fail as it does not check if that node has enough available IPs.

Idea

Load Balancer should check before starting instances if there are enough free IPs on that servers pool.

Hey Neils, if I'm reading this correctly you'd just like Load Balancer provisioning to be a bit smarter about IP allocations. That definitely makes sense and falls a bit in line with another piece we've been working on that revolves around removing load balancer IPs.

Will add this to the internal system and keep you up to date.

Correct Christopher, that way we won't end up in a situation with instances failing to start :) Also, could you elaborate a bit on "Removing LB IPs"?
